Carbon fiber laminates are manufactured with 250 F cure carbon fiber pre-preg (carbon fibers impregnated with epoxy resin) and cured with heat and pressure. We employ zero (parallel to length direction), zero/90 and zero/90/+45/-45 layups for unidirectional laminates and zero/90 layups for bidirectional (woven) laminates. Available from .003" to .500" thick.
