Shipping & Delivery Policy


Shipping:

Graphitestore.com ships globally using UPS domestic (within U.S.) and international services. Shipping rates are calculated using real-time shipping rate calculators integrated with UPS. Using a variable based shipping method, the shipping rate is based on the weight, size, and value of the ordered items.

Please allow the leadtime stated on the product page for your order to ship. If more than 30 days have passed please email us at support@graphitestore.com to review the status of your order.


Returns:

Our return period for catalogue items is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A return authorization number must be issued by a customer service representative for a return. Custom made products are non-returnable.


Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There is a re-stocking fee for items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For further information please see our refunds page.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please email support@graphitestore.com to obtain a return authorization number and instructions on how to make your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
