Ceramacast 575N Alumina Castable Ceramic

Grade: ARMC-575N

Alumina based, fine grain castable ceramic for potting and producing small tools. Resists temperatures up to 3000°F (1649°C). Supplied in powder form and mixed with water in 100:14 weight ratio to develop a strong hydraulic bond. Curing procedures are as follow:
1) Air dry for a minimum of 8 hours.
2) Bake at 200°F for 2-4 hours.
3) Final cure at 250°F for 3 hours.
On the picture Ceramacast 575N insulates PTC device.
