Ceramacoat 503-VFG-C is an inorganic, single part, alumina-filled, phosphate-bonded, abrasion and corrosion resistant sealer for thermal spray applications to 3000°F (1650°C).
Curing is accomplished by air-drying at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then step curing for 2 hour at 200°F, 1 hour at 500°F and 1 hour at 700°F.
